How do I mark a chore done (or undo it)?

Marking chores done (and fixing oops moments)

Complete a chore (two ways)

1. Select your avatar, then tap the chore

• Tap your avatar on the left to select it, then tap the chore.
• Your avatar appears on the chore card: first time = just your avatar; after that = your avatar with a badge (number of times you’ve done that chore).
• The member avatars on the left of the dashboard also show a badge with how many chores that member has completed overall.

2. Tap the chore, then tap your avatar

• If no member is selected, tap a chore to open the chore panel.
• Under “Mark as completed by:”, tap your avatar.
• Your completion is recorded and shown in the completion history on the panel.

Uncomplete a chore (same day)

1. Tap your avatar on the left to select it.
2. Tap your avatar on the bottom edge of the chore tile (not the chore tile itself—tapping the tile registers a new completion).

Owner: clear a member’s chore completions

• On the Chore Command Centre, tap Manage on the home.
• Open the Members tab.
• Use Fresh Start (Chores) for that member to clear all their chore completions.

Past days (Time Travel)

The owner can use Time Travel to view and edit past days (e.g. if someone “forgot” to tap yesterday). No history is lost.
